Nature’s beauty and color in motion have always been a great attraction to me, and capturing such imagery via my “third eye” - the lens of my camera - has always been a goal of my photography. And in the last decade, with the advent of digitizing technology and photo editing capabilities transforming my photo studio from one of chemicals and enlargers to one of pixels and computers, I have found ways to repaint my photographs with a digital paintbrush. This combination results in images which at first glance appear to be photos but upon closer examination are very realistic paintings. And Bonaire in all her glory is a magnificent subject.
